Our website was developed to serve as an informative resource for owners and residents. The Centennial Lofts are individually owned condos. Please feel free to contact us with your comments and suggestions.
Special Notices
Centennial Lofts is generally considered a NON-SMOKING building. Smoking is only  allowed in the individual owner's unit with the entry door remaining closed, but there is NO SMOKING allowed in the common areas such as the 5th Floor Lounge, Elevators, Lobbies, Hallways, Stairwells of all floors, and the Garage.

In the near future, we will be working to update our resident roster and some other components of the Centennial website.  If you have not had access to the website, your preferred email address will be needed in order to invite you to create an account.  Your email address will be utilized as your user identification and you will have the option of creating a password specific to your account.
 
We hope to further develop the capabilities of our website to include a message board for residents to share information relating to living here in the Centennial.
